Traveling Team Lead, California LPT or CPT
Overview
You will lead preventive health checkups at client sites across the U.S., managing a team of health technicians and delivering best-in-class patient care. You will own the patient experience from start to finish, ensuring every checkup runs smoothly and efficiently. With a focus on California LPT or CPT certifications, you will perform blood collections and connect patients with nurse practitioners via video. This role requires extensive travel and a patient-first attitude, putting your clinical skills and leadership to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Perform small blood collections via upper arm device or finger stick, measure blood pressure, height, weight, and abdominal circumference in California clinics.
- 2Engage with patients professionally, making them feel comfortable as the first point of contact during each health checkup.
- 3Set up and break down clinic equipment at each event, maintaining a clean and organized station.
- 4Monitor patient flow, managing multiple stations to meet time-per-patient targets.
- 5Enter all patient data into the EMR system accurately.
- 6Connect patients with Catapult Nurse Practitioners via video conference for health consultations.
- 7Identify patients needing immediate care and escalate accordingly.
- 8Maintain clinical process adherence and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
Requirements9
- 1Active California LPT or CPT I/II certification, or active unencumbered California LVN/LPN.
- 22+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- 3Strong customer service skills, with ability to interact positively with patients and team members.
- 4Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- 5Willingness to work and travel overnight Sunday through Friday, with variable schedule.
- 6Ability to work shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional earlier or later start times.
- 7Valid driver's license and REAL ID (or equivalent), with a clean driving record and at least 21 years of age for driving company vehicles.
- 8Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds regularly.
- 9Comfort with standing, walking, and stooping for extended periods.
