What You'll Do10
- 1Supervise and train team members and inmates in food preparation and service
- 2Oversee food quantities based on site plans
- 3Hire orient train and address performance issues
- 4Review and approve bi-weekly payroll
- 5Coordinate workflow and assign tasks effectively
- 6Enforce security policies and safety guidelines
- 7Maintain accurate inventory and ordering processes
- 8Ensure compliance with health department regulations
- 9Prepare detailed financial and activity reports
- 10Participate in contract negotiations and renewals
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or Equivalent and minimum 18 years old
- 2Three years management or supervisory experience in food service
- 3Valid driver license
- 4Ability to travel 100% of the time including overnight stays
- 5ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification
- 6Five years management or supervisory experience in a food service environment
- 7Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards
- 8Basic accounting and mathematical abilities
- 9ServSafe certification required
Salary Insight
$75k per year
