What You'll Do9
- 1Build collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

- 4Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech/CPN systems
- 5Perform deliveries and assist with c-sections when required
- 6Provide sitter care for patients during extended absences
- 7Drive quality improvement initiatives within the unit
- 8Support transition of care processes for admitted patients
- 9Adapt quickly to dynamic healthcare environments
Requirements9
- 1Must have current California RN license
- 2Minimum 4 years clinical experience in L&D setting
- 3Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 4Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Strong organizational abilities under pressure
- 6Ability to follow complex medical protocols accurately
- 7Willingness to relocate to San Jose California
