The Logistics Coordinator leads travel and deployment logistics for employees across multiple locations. What You'll Do19
- 1Coordinate employee travel to and from job sites including flights rental vehicles and company vehicles
- 2Arrange and manage hotel and extended-stay accommodations meeting cost location and availability requirements
- 3Develop travel plans based on project start dates staffing needs and employee availability
- 4Coordinate employee transfers between projects and manage return travel
- 5Research and secure lodging while maintaining relationships with hotels rental car companies and airlines
- 6Handle reservations extensions cancellations room changes and checkouts
- 7Coordinate rental vehicles and other transportation according to project and crew requirements
- 8Track employee locations travel schedules and project deployments
- 9Maintain accurate records of confirmations receipts invoices and vendor information
- 10Monitor upcoming arrivals departures reservation expirations and project transitions
- 11Assist with reconciling invoices for hotel rental vehicles and other logistics
- 12Serve as primary point of contact for travel or lodging issues
- 13Escalate significant logistical employee safety or cost concerns to management
- 14Seek cost-effective travel and lodging options while monitoring expenses
- 15Support rapid deployment of crews for new and emergency projects
- 16Assist Operations with workforce movement and resource planning
- 17Participate in after-hours or weekend logistics coordination when required
- 18Manage multiple projects reservations and deadlines simultaneously
- 19Solve problems effectively when plans change unexpectedly
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2Previous experience in logistics dispatching travel coordination staffing transportation hospitality or operations
- 3Strong organizational and time-management skills
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 5Ability to handle confidential employee and company information appropriately
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace spreadsheets and related business systems
- 7Experience working with hotels airlines rental car companies or travel booking platforms
