What You'll Do9

  • 1Oversee daily operations at assigned sites, directing crew activities and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • 2Climb towers 100+ feet with a 50 lb. load, performing rigging and construction tasks with precision.
  • 3Maintain daily paperwork, including site logs, crew time, and safety checklists, using Excel and Word.
  • 4Implement and enforce job instructions from leadership, ensuring safety and quality control standards are met.
  • 5Compile and upload site closeout documentation to customer interfaces, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • 6Coordinate with customer representatives to align site activities and maintain strong working relationships.
  • 7Lead and train crew members on proper work procedures, safety practices, and equipment handling.
  • 8Keep equipment and vehicles operational, performing routine maintenance and reporting issues promptly.
  • 9Use a smart phone to install and support apps required for customer and KCI reporting, including PIM and Anritsu tools.

Requirements8

  • 14+ years of relevant work experience in wireless tower construction or a related field.
  • 2Ability to climb towers 100+ feet with a 50 lb. load, including crouching, kneeling, and twisting.
  • 3Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain required certifications, including First Aid, CPR, Rescue, Anritsu, Fiber, and PIM.
  • 4Proven expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.
  • 5Ability to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW documents.
  • 6Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • 7Willingness to work weekends, nights, and in extreme weather conditions, with extensive travel and out-of-market assignments.
  • 8Ability to maintain DOT logbooks and pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
