What You'll Do9
- 1Own support tickets from intake to resolution while adhering to SLAs and communicating clearly with customers
- 2Troubleshoot backup failures across Veeam Commvault AWS Backup Azure Backup using systematic approaches
- 3Provide frontline assistance for major data protection platforms including Veeam and Commvault
- 4Monitor system alerts and restore requests under pressure ensuring rapid response times
- 5Document technical steps and resolutions comprehensively in ticketing systems
- 6Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform performance and customer experience
- 7Contribute to knowledge base by identifying recurring issues and documentation gaps
- 8Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills with customer focus
- 9Remain composed during high-pressure situations while managing multiple priorities
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 2 years of technical support or Tier 2 backup engineering experience
- 2Proficiency with Veeam or Commvault backup systems
- 3Working knowledge of AWS and Azure backup services
- 4Advanced experience with Windows Server VMware networking storage fundamentals
- 5Familiarity with ITIL or similar operational frameworks
- 6Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- 7Zerto experience or ZCP certification preferred
- 8Shift availability Thursday Monday 7pm CT to 4am CT
