Overview
Stabilus Detroit Michigan onsite payroll. Lead Quality Assurance program development and execution. Build and maintain lab equipment. Ensure compliance with SN's. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement Quality Assurance program including testing procedures and quality standards
- 2Perform product testing using specialized equipment following Stabilus Norms
- 3Calibrate and repair lab equipment using specialized software
- 4Maintain departmental records and electronic databases
- 5Train coworkers on equipment operation and measurement processes
- 6Assist production teams with field problems and product failures
- 7Conduct statistical analysis for capability studies and gage R&R
- 8Oversee testing schedules for PPAP and series testing
- 9Collaborate with customers during site visits
- 10Ensure proper usage and care of precision measuring instruments
- 11Develop training programs for new equipment and measurement tools
Requirements8
- 15+ years industrial lab experience at Stabilus or similar industry
- 2Thorough knowledge of Stabilus products and quality control practices
- 3Fundamental SPC understanding
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- 5Experience with precision measuring instruments
- 6Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- 7Mechanical knowledge of lab test equipment
- 8Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
