Territory Sales Manager Roofing ICP Group
Overview
Lead roofing sales in Houston and surrounding areas including Louisiana. Drive pull through sales with contractors and distributors. Build relationships and achieve revenue targets. Partner with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. This role differs by focusing on roofing brand support and regional market expansion.

- 1Drive pull through sales with contractors and commercial distributors
- 2Conduct routine distribution visits to review product sales inventory and promotions
- 3Collaborate with outside sales representatives to maximize opportunities
- 4Facilitate training programs with contractors and distribution partners monthly
- 5Develop and maintain relationships with distribution sales teams
- 6Attend and develop distribution contractor events
- 7Follow up on special order quotes and purchase orders
- 8Achieve sales targets aligned with company objectives
- 9Partner with Gardner Gibson management to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- 10Perform additional duties as assigned by sales management
- 11Own and scale distribution relationships within the defined territory
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience as an accounts manager or similar role
- 2Experience selling roofing products
- 3Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- 4In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
- 5Proven ability to learn and articulate product distinctions
- 6Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- 7Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- 8Organizational skills with 50% travel requirement
- 9Degree with minimum 3 years experience
- 10Ability to travel 50%
