Temporary Front Desk Receptionist, Administrative Support
Overview
You will own the front desk experience for Squire & Company PC in Salt Lake City, welcoming clients and managing a professional environment. As the first point of contact, you will direct calls, coordinate schedules, and support client service teams. During peak tax season, you will assist with tax return processing and client deliverables. This temporary role runs from September 1 to October 16, 2026, and offers a chance to contribute to a collaborative firm with a focus on exceptional client service.
What You'll Do10
- 1Welcome clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- 2Manage the front desk and reception area, including answering, screening, and directing incoming calls.

- 5Communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person.
- 6Perform administrative tasks including scanning, filing, document preparation, mail processing, and records management.
- 7Assist with preparation, assembly, and electronic filing of tax returns using Microsoft Office.
- 8Prepare routine client correspondence and handle IRS and taxing authority communications.
- 9Follow up with clients on tax filings, documentation, and signatures.

Requirements10
- 1Associate degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 2Previous experience in reception, administrative support, customer service, or a professional office environment preferred.
