Insperity seeks a Temporary Associate Payroll Specialist I to handle payroll processing for middle market clients. This role focuses on receiving employee information and generating payroll checks while maintaining data integrity.
What You'll Do11
- 1Receive employee paperwork including new hires and terminations under supervision
- 2Uphold data integrity and compliance standards
- 3Process payroll information to produce client-specific checks and reports
- 4Balance payroll worksheets and verify report accuracy
- 5Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure fund receipt
- 6Provide backup documentation for wire transfers
- 7Maintain accurate delivery instructions for payroll in the system
- 8Train with Payroll team and attend weekly training meetings
- 9Establish clear communication with clients and team members
- 10Consult supervisors on client and employee queries
- 11Support payroll operations within a fast-paced environment
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
- 31+ years relevant work experience
- 4Experience with payroll software and systems
- 5Strong attention to detail and data validation skills
