ISolved Payroll Specialist
Overview
Onsite role supporting payroll function for growing client base. Compensation $20.80 - $22.91 hourly. Responsible for all payroll-related processing activities. Seeking candidate who can deliver results in fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls
- 2Import or manually enter payroll changes including hours employee updates earnings deductions and tax overrides
- 3Calculate payroll and confirm accurate entry of client-provided data through generating control totals and manual review
- 4Respond promptly to client inquiries via email cases and phones
- 5Partner with Payroll Supervisors on special projects to support clients
- 6Manage and support assigned book of business
- 7Build maintain and promote relationships with team members and cross-discipline colleagues
- 8Attend webinars and training to stay current on best practices
- 9Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements15
- 1Demonstrates effective time management maintains accurate records and ensures payroll tasks are completed according to schedule and compliance requirements
- 2Ability to multitask while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
- 3Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across teams
- 4Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Outlook and Teams
- 5Analytical thinking to troubleshoot payroll issues interpret data and determine solutions quickly
- 6Good judgment to evaluate situations identify problems and determine appropriate actions
- 7Proven ability to partner with HR Finance and Operations to resolve payroll issues
- 8High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience preferred
- 9Minimum one year of payroll experience preferred
- 10Physical demands include sedentary work occasional walking and minimal lifting
- 11Visual acuity to read and analyze data on screens and in print
- 12Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with focus on scalability and efficiency
- 13Adaptability to changing market conditions and stress management under pressure
- 14Cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills for diverse interactions
- 15Exceptional communication abilities for executive reporting and stakeholder presentations
