- 6Build sustainable capability by upskilling business units and local champions
- 7Coordinate launch readiness with technology owners and cross-functional partners
- 8Define success measures using dashboards and analytics to track adoption and outcomes
- 9Support pilots testing new tools and synthesize user feedback for improvements
- 10Promote responsible technology use embedding ethics and governance awareness
- 11Advise leadership with strategic recommendations and outcome reporting
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in technology enablement digital adoption organizational change management
- 22+ years owning strategy and leading technology adoption initiatives
- 3Track record of personally producing polished strategy training materials
- 4Ability to move fluidly between direction setting and detailed execution
- 5Experience driving enterprise technology adoption with measurable outcomes
- 6Strong facilitation public speaking and writing skills for non-technical audiences
- 7Background in adult learning instructional design or technology communications
- 8Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT or similar AI platforms
- 9Experience establishing learning communities guilds or champion networks
- 10PROSCI certification or change management methodology experience
- 11Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 Teams SharePoint ServiceNow
