Overview
12 weeks contract role overseeing a high velocity sourcing desk at scale. Own pipelines, requisition health, and workload with precision within a multi unit environment. Build and execute sourcing strategies that generate robust technical pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. Engage passive talent and map new channels to diversify sourcing. Partner with hiring managers to align profiles and sourcing mix and maintain meticulous ATS records.

- 9Refine Boolean strings, map target companies, and start conversations with passive engineers
- 10Log every touchpoint with precision and keep requisition status fully current
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma/GED
- 23+ years of progressive recruiting/sourcing experience with success engaging and closing candidates
- 3Strong organization and desk management: pipeline tracking and prioritization
- 4Ability to respond with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- 5Proficiency with sourcing methodologies, tools, and Boolean search techniques
- 6Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and develop new channels for various roles and audiences
