Technical Sourcer, Robotics Roles - Contract in Mountain View
Overview
Own and execute proactive sourcing for robotics talent at scale within a hybrid Mountain View setting. Lead end to end candidate discovery, outreach, and qualification for robotics engineering and related roles. Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruiting team to build a diverse candidate pool and drive time to fill. This role offers hands on sourcing impact on strategic technical hires and cross functional partnership.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build targeted search strategies to identify robotics engineers and related specialists
- 2Design and run proactive outreach campaigns to generate high quality candidates
- 3Own candidate screening and qualification to ensure technical fit and alignment with role requirements
- 4Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to forecast demand and prioritize pipelines
- 5Scale sourcing operations by leveraging data and analytics to optimize outreach and conversion
- 6Drive candidate engagement and improve interview conversion in the robotics domain
- 7Collaborate with cross functional teams to refine role definitions and success criteria
- 8Develop and maintain talent communities for robotics roles to reduce time to fill
- 9Document sourcing process and maintain compliant and auditable records
Requirements5
- 13+ years experience in technical sourcing with robotics or hardware focused roles
- 2Demonstrated ability to source hard to find robotics engineers and related specialists
- 3Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast paced environment
- 4Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- 5Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field
Salary Insight
$60 - $67k per year
