Requirements7

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science or related technical field
  • 25+ years technical program management preferring hardware motors robotics or aerospace experience
  • 3Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in high-growth environments
  • 4Strong organizational and communication skills managing multiple priorities
  • 5Experience working with engineering manufacturing teams
  • 6Familiarity with Agile or other program management methodologies
  • 7Project management certification such as PMP Scrum Master or similar
