Technical Program Manager Western Magnetics

Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science or related technical field
- 25+ years technical program management preferring hardware motors robotics or aerospace experience
- 3Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in high-growth environments
- 4Strong organizational and communication skills managing multiple priorities
- 5Experience working with engineering manufacturing teams
- 6Familiarity with Agile or other program management methodologies
- 7Project management certification such as PMP Scrum Master or similar
