Overview
We seek a Technical Program Manager to lead Infrastructure engagement and alignment for Vendor IPs and Process Design Kits. This role drives PDK updates resolves technical issues and bridges cross-functional priorities. You will shape technical strategy and ensure timely delivery of IP and PDK assets.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own schedule and align technical requirements for vendor IPs and standard cells from architecture to post-silicon bring-up
- 2Drive PDK updates by fixing technical issues and accelerating standard cell development
- 3Collaborate with PDK engineers to resolve bugs and enhance stability through validation
- 4Shape technical strategy and manage risks while aligning cross-functional priorities
- 5Act as primary stakeholder linking Cisco project leads with supply chain dependencies
- 6Keep schedules and align delivery commitments so IP and PDK land on time qualified and usable
- 7Manage multi-party threads and write executive summaries to maintain stakeholder alignment
- 8Oversee IP installation and PDK enablement with focus on technology file management
- 9Automate tasks using scripting languages like Python and TCL
- 10Utilize EDA tools such as Synopsys Cadence and Siemens for physical design and verification
- 11Coordinate with foundries to ensure successful pre-silicon and post-silicon transitions
Requirements8
- 110+ years in physical design enablement CAD or equivalent with ASIC flow experience
- 2Prior experience with communication program management and multi-party coordination
- 3Background in IP installation PDK enablement and technology file management
- 4Scripting expertise with Python TCL for automation tasks
- 5Familiarity with process nodes and PDK structures in real programs
- 6Knowledge of timing models and EDA tool ecosystems
- 7Preferred experience with scripting languages and process node analysis
- 8Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and drive cross-functional execution
Salary Insight
$187 - $268k per year
