Overview
Support the Operations team across tasks between Service and Shipping & Receiving teams. This role involves maintaining records, troubleshooting products, and ensuring safe shipping processes. It requires independence and adherence to SOPs.
What You'll Do8
- 1Generate and maintain test and device records
- 2Perform rework, testing and troubleshooting of failed or returned products
- 3Maintain new product inventory
- 4Follow ESD policy and practices
- 5Complete receipts of returned products and process shipments
- 6Establish professional relationships within the department
- 7Meet production deadlines safely and efficiently
- 8Perform additional duties as assigned
