The Receiving Specialist owns income delivery of supplies and testing samples for resistivity testing ensuring cost-effective procurement and accurate inventory management. This role collaborates with operational leadership and field technicians to maintain quality standards and safety requirements.

- 2Record receiving data to align with purchase orders
- 3Prepare and organize received stock for inventory
- 4Report damages or shortages to leadership and take corrective action
- 5Maintain quality standards and follow safety processes for inventory storage
- 6Communicate with Lab Manager regarding inventory levels
Requirements9
- 10–2 years of experience in procurement purchasing administrative support finance or business operations
- 2Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and Outlook
- 3Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 5Ability to analyze information and solve routine problems
- 6Willingness to learn procurement systems policies and best practices
- 7Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
- 8Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration supply chain management finance accounting or related field
- 9Prior warehouse receiving or shipping experience preferred
