Overview
Manage receipt and processing of incoming and outgoing orders ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Operate hand and power tools along with material handling equipment. Maintain safe work environment and adhere to company policies.
What You'll Do11
- 1Verify customer and order information for correctness
- 2Receive and respond to customer orders as required
- 3Review orders for completeness and forward incomplete orders
- 4Recommend merchandise or services meeting customer needs
- 5Inspect outgoing work for compliance with customer specifications
- 6Check inventory system to determine availability of requested merchandise
- 7Notify appropriate departments when supplies are low
- 8File copies of orders or post them on records as required
- 9Maintain proficiency in organizational safe working policies and practices
- 10Perform other related duties as assigned
- 11Adhere to company policies and work requirements
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 26 months of related experience preferred
- 3Frequent standing walking sitting indoors or outdoors
- 4Physical condition to perform requirements such as mental physical and manual dexterity
- 5Ability to lift/carry up to 75 pounds regularly
- 6Ability to push/pull up to 75 pounds regularly
