- 1Complete daily tasks according to policies and procedures including safety rules
- 2Follow Good Documentation Practices during inspections and modifications
- 3Prioritize work orders for Service and Fulfillment teams ensuring timely completion
- 4Collaborate with engineers to build and test technical solutions
- 5Inspect and modify existing designs and prototypes
- 6Conduct tests collect and record data accurately
- 7Analyze operations to suggest improvements
- 8Maintain accurate records for metrics and presentations
- 9Set up computer driven test equipment and supporting processes
- 10Create procedures to document test processes
- 11Perform device inspections and run diagnostics
- 12Inspect inventory and reorder materials following ISO 13485 standards
- 13Support 5S activities and identify non-conforming products
- 14Perform packaging and labeling duties
- 15Train team members and transfer knowledge
- 16Align with company mission and leadership principles
- 17Lead and positively influence team members in a collaborative environment
- 18Retrieve information and apply knowledge to complete assignments
Requirements11
- 12-3 years of manufacturing and inspection experience in medical device industry preferred
- 2Previous experience in FDA and ISO 13485 regulated environments preferred
- 3Knowledge of relevant computer software applications
- 4Strong electronics technology skills
- 5Extensive experience running computer driven test setups
- 6Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- 7Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
- 8Proficiency in English language communication
- 9Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- 10Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- 11Commitment to fostering positive culture and cross-functional collaboration
