What You'll Do11
- 1Complete dimensional and visual inspections per print specifications including First Article inspections
- 2Perform SOP operations under Good Manufacturing Practices ensuring quality productivity and dependability
- 3Record and enter manufacturing data into computers including quality inspection data and training records
- 4Maintain health safety environmental compliance and ISO FDA standards
- 5Complete all required training and communicate issues promptly
- 6Conduct preventative maintenance tasks as needed
- 7Keep work area clean and orderly while supporting equipment maintenance
- 8Participate in process improvement activities and suggest manufacturing enhancements
- 9Assist in supply management for production needs
- 10Coordinate with support areas to align manufacturing activities
- 11Lead daily operations with focus on quality and efficiency
Requirements7
- 1High School diploma or equivalent minimum requirement
- 2Minimum 1 year experience in production operations manufacturing cleanroom environments
- 3Preferred experience in medical device manufacturing GMP settings
- 4Preference for GMP or regulated environment experience
- 5Basic computer literacy and communication skills in English
- 6Ability to stand/walk >80% of time lift 25 pounds
- 7Physical stamina for repetitive motions and standing/sitting prolonged periods
