What You'll Do11
- 1Leverage experience building the Pump Cartridge to perform assembly operations
- 2Troubleshoot and conduct quality inspections following production standards
- 3Use hand and power tools to assemble components
- 4Follow GMP and approved procedures to complete products
- 5Assemble parts under microscope using specialized instruments
- 6Perform complex repair and testing tasks
- 7Follow defined procedures for high-quality output
- 8Communicate build difficulties to Production Lead
- 9Diagnose routine problems and report findings
- 10Work with R&D and Operations teams to suggest process improvements
- 11Interpret assembly drawings and maintain compliance status
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED; or four years related experience
- 2Experience in certified aseptic environment preferred
- 3Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- 4Proficiency with SA0225 assembly processes and quality requirements
- 51-2 years of applicable experience such as laser welding or adhesive bonding
- 6Knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations
- 7Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- 8Commitment to continuous learning and career development
