What You'll Do9
- 1Assist in developing, integrating, and documenting structural and interior payload system requirements
- 2Support the design and development of aircraft interior systems and components
- 3Create, maintain, and modify product designs using 3D Computer-Aided Design CAD tools
- 4Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, program teams, and technical stakeholders
- 5Participate in customer configuration development and supplier engagement activities
- 6Validate and verify design requirements to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- 7Support products throughout production testing certification and delivery phases
- 8Contribute to the development of new design processes, tools, and methodologies
- 9Integrate business requirements with technical solutions to achieve program objectives
Requirements11
- 13+ years of experience in a technical field
- 2Strong technical problem-solving and collaboration skills
- 3Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment
- 4Experience interpreting technical requirements and supporting design activities
- 5Preferred: Associate's degree in a related discipline
- 6Preferred: 2+ years of experience in technical design modeling technical integration or related work
- 7Preferred: 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- 8Preferred: Experience with CATIA Aerospace interiors including materials design criteria and product release processes
- 9Preferred: Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
- 10Preferred: Background in part or product design and integration
- 11Preferred: Experience validating compliance with regulatory requirements
