You'll own the guest experience at Chick-fil-A Terrell, delivering Second Mile Service while mastering every station in the front and back of house. What You'll Do8
- 1Receive and store product, checking quality and maintaining organized storage.
- 2Prep food per standards, assembling sandwiches and fulfilling orders accurately.
- 3Greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with a smile.
- 4Maintain cleanliness in all back-of-house areas, including kitchen surfaces and equipment.
- 5Clean dining room, front counter, drive-thru, and restrooms to Chick-fil-A standards.
- 6Correct orders and resolve guest issues courteously.
- 7Operate the dishwasher and clean dishes efficiently.
- 8Execute Second Mile Service by proactively anticipating guest needs and creating emotional connections.
Requirements8
- 1Available to work 20+ hours per week, including Fridays and Saturdays.
- 2Understand Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
- 3Obtain Food Handlers Certificate within first 5 days of employment.
- 4Able to lift 40-60 pounds consistently.
- 5Demonstrate leadership attributes and a positive role-model attitude.
- 6Possess strong verbal communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- 7Detail-oriented and observant, with a passion for procedural discipline.
