What You'll Do8
- 1Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome, setting a positive tone for their visit.
- 2Take orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru, using the POS system to complete transactions.
- 3Deliver food and beverages to tables or guests, ensuring order accuracy and presentation.
- 4Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including wiping tables and restocking supplies.
- 5Work as part of a team to meet service goals during peak hours, supporting teammates as needed.
- 6Learn and rotate through multiple stations, including front counter, drive-thru, and dining room.
- 7Handle cash and card payments, balancing the register at the end of each shift.
- 8Resolve guest concerns with a positive attitude, escalating to management when necessary.
Requirements7
- 1No experience required; we provide full training on all procedures and systems.
- 2Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- 3Must be at least 16 years old to work in this location.
- 4Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- 5A cheerful and positive attitude with a passion for serving others.
- 6Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and friendliness.
- 7Prior experience in customer service, cashiering, or restaurant roles is preferred but not required.
