What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every guest with a smile, maintain eye contact, and speak enthusiastically to create emotional connections.
- 2Take orders accurately at the counter and drive-thru using POS systems, handling cash and card payments.
- 3Serve food and beverages quickly and accurately, ensuring orders are complete and presented well.
- 4Keep the front of house clean and stocked, including dining area, condiment station, and beverage bar.
- 5Work as part of a team to meet peak-hour demand, supporting coworkers and communicating clearly.
- 6Resolve guest concerns promptly with a positive attitude, escalating to leadership when needed.
- 7Follow food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handwashing and glove use.
- 8Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule, showing up on time for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements7
- 1No prior experience required, but 1+ year in customer service, cashier, or restaurant roles is preferred.
- 2Ability to stand on your feet for several hours at a time and lift up to 25 lbs.
- 3Must exhibit consistency, reliability, and a cheerful positive attitude.
- 4Strong teamwork skills and a passion for serving and helping others.
- 5Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- 6Must be at least 16 years old to comply with state labor laws.
