- 2Operate daily in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple stations from front counter to drive-thru with accuracy and speed.
- 3Maintain eye contact, smile, and speak enthusiastically to create emotional connections with guests.
- 4Open or close the restaurant, lead shifts, and act as a key holder responsible for cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- 5Count drawers and finalize day-end reports to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- 6Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates and leaders, both written and spoken.

- 8Support team operations by stepping in where needed, from cleaning to stocking to food prep.
