Teacher, Early Childhood Education at KinderCare Champions & Crème de la Crème
Overview
Lead a classroom and mentor developing teachers while delivering KinderCare curriculum in an inclusive, safe environment. Partner with families and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Work across centers nationwide with a focus on inspiring learning for elementary-aged students during after-school programs they offer on school grounds. The role blends hands-on teaching with community collaboration to shape confident learners.
What You'll Do6
- 1Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom
- 2Implement KinderCare curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
- 3Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
- 4Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
- 5Support center success by achieving enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
- 6Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
Requirements7
- 1Active Child Development Associate Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements
- 2Approved state trainer (preferred)
- 32-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
- 4Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- 5Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification
- 6Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
- 7Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents
