What You'll Do6
- 1Lead and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom
- 2Implement KinderCare curriculum to meet the needs of each child
- 3Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
- 4Partner with parents to support child development and education
- 5Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
- 6Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
Requirements7
- 1Active Child Development Associate CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
- 2State trainer certification (preferred)
- 32-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
- 4Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- 5Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification
- 6Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
- 7Able to communicate in English with children and parents
