Task Order Manager DOS EUR/ACE
Overview
Dexis Professional Services seeks a Task Order Manager to support an upcoming program with the Department of State in the Bureau of European and Eurasia and Central Asia. The position will be based in Arlington Virginia and is contingent upon award. This upcoming project will strengthen oversight and enable evidence-based decision making for foreign assistance programs primarily by supporting project designs developing and supporting outcome indicators establishing performance monitoring systems including robust Third-Party Monitoring TPM for assistance projects planning and implementing independent external evaluations and reporting on the use of evaluation findings conclusions and recommendations EUR/ACE housed within the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs (EUR) oversees foreign assistance across Europe Eurasia and Central Asia.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead and coordinate all task order level activities including evaluation design execution and team performance
- 2Set expectations and guide overall team execution and priorities
- 3Organize and lead planning coordination and status meetings
- 4Serve as primary point of contact with the COR and Government stakeholders
- 5Oversee deliverables to ensure timeliness quality and compliance
- 6Provide quality control oversight and ensure integrity and consistency of evaluation processes and outputs
- 7Ensure methodological rigor and comparability of findings across activities
- 8Monitor performance and address risks and issues as they arise
Requirements7
- 115 years of experience in foreign assistance
- 2Managing $5M+ contracts and teams of 10+ personnel
- 3Master’s degree in international development or related field
- 4U.S. Citizen
- 5Active Secret clearance required
- 6Prior USG experience
- 7Prior regional experience
