What You'll Do13
- 1Contract Oversight & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders for all contract performance and compliance aspects.
- 2Lead the overall management and execution of contracts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- 3Monitor project milestones, financial performance, and risk mitigation strategies for contracts and task orders exceeding $3 million.
- 4Program Leadership: Direct and manage complex projects/programs, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight.
- 5Develop and implement project plans, workflows, and timelines in alignment with government and organizational objectives.
- 6Ensure effective team collaboration, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.
- 7Foreign Assistance Program Management: Oversee and manage Foreign Assistance programs related to the U.S. Department of State and USAID, designing strategies to achieve program goals in international contexts while considering cultural and political sensitivities.
- 8Collaborate with international partners, NGOs, and governmental agencies to ensure program success and sustainability.
- 9Customer Relations & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, acting as a trusted advisor and representing T12 Technologies at client meetings and conferences.
- 10Reporting & Documentation: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and program documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
- 11Risk & Quality Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with program delivery, implementing quality assurance processes to maintain high service standards and conducting regular program reviews and audits.
- 12Business Development & Strategic Initiatives: Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for new contracts or expansions, contributing to proposal development, pricing strategies, and client negotiations.
- 13Team Development & Leadership: Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and fostering a positive work environment that emphasizes collaboration, inclusivity, and excellence.
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading large-scale government initiatives
- 3High School Diploma with at least 19 years of progressively complex experience in the US Government acquisition
- 4Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of progressively complex experience in the US Government acquisition
- 5At least 3 years managing contracts or task orders with a minimum ceiling value of $3 million within the Department of State
- 6Proven leadership experience in managing complex projects or programs requiring coordination across teams and disciplines
- 7PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
- 8Experience with managing government contracts in the Department of State and the US Agency for International Development
- 9Familiarity with relevant federal regulations
- 10Experience managing Foreign Assistance programs for the Department of State and USAID, with a minimum ceiling value of $3 million
