Overview
Owns workforce transformation engagements at scale, shaping AI enabled organizational models across talent strategy, planning, and skills based development. Works with a global team in a client facing capacity to design and implement future ready workforce solutions. Embraces human centered design, data driven decision making, and practical execution to deliver workforce intelligence and change initiatives.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build AI enabled workforce solutions across hiring learning internal mobility and retention to transform how work gets done
- 2Design workforce and talent models using skills architectures and talent marketplaces to enable AI readiness and retention
- 3Lead strategic workforce planning using labor market insights and talent analytics to inform client decisions
- 4Leverage Generative AI and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis scenario modeling and executive level recommendations
- 5Develop and implement SBO strategies and operating models using workforce intelligence platforms to generate actionable insights
- 6Drive change initiatives that enable adoption of workforce innovations and sustain them across client organizations
- 7Support business development by crafting proposals and contributing thought leadership
- 8Lead internal initiatives on market research AI innovation and capability building
- 9Travel as needed to deliver client engagements
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 5 years of experience across Talent Strategy Strategic Workforce Planning Skills Based Talent Practices Talent Intelligence Strategic Sourcing Learning Strategy & Development Workforce Transformation and Technology Talent Development
- 2Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce talent organization or change solutions
- 3Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry
- 4Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI enabled workforce transformation
- 5Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models such as ChatGPT Claude Gemini Microsoft Copilot is a bonus
