You will own the analytics and AI workstream for workforce consulting engagements, translating complex business problems into data-driven solutions. You will design and build predictive models and data products that shape workforce decisions at enterprise scale. Working with a cross-functional team of economists, data scientists, and consultants, you will lead client presentations and implementation roadmaps. What You'll Do7

  • 1Translate business questions into analytics frameworks that combine qualitative research, regression, causal inference, and machine learning to uncover workforce dynamics.
  • 2Design and operationalize predictive models such as attrition risk scores, skills taxonomies, and internal mobility recommendations using structured and unstructured data.
  • 3Lead client engagements as the analytics subject-matter expert, defining approaches, presenting findings, and co-creating implementation roadmaps.
  • 4Drive pay equity analyses using Python and R to quantify compensation gaps and simulate intervention impacts.
  • 5Conduct strategic workforce planning by forecasting demand, supply, and skills gaps with time series models.
  • 6Build data pipelines and dashboards in SQL and Tableau to visualize complex workforce data for C-suite stakeholders.
  • 7Incorporate large language models to extract insights from job descriptions and performance feedback at scale.

Requirements7

  • 18+ years of consulting experience in workforce strategy, HR analytics, or labor economics.
  • 2Master's or PhD in economics, statistics, data science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3Proven track record in pay equity analysis, strategic workforce planning, or external labor market analysis.
  • 4Strong statistical skills: regression, causal inference, time series, clustering, and predictive modeling.
  • 5Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • 6Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • 7Hands-on experience extracting value from large, varied datasets and translating technical outputs into business actions.
