Talent & Workforce Consultant, Banking at Accenture
Overview
Own workforce transformation initiatives at scale for banking clients with AI enabled talent strategies and workforce intelligence. Collaborate with multi functional teams across strategy, consulting, technology, and operations to design future ready workforce solutions. Lead design and implementation of skills based programs, talent marketplaces, and operating models that integrate AI and automation. Distinguishing elements include hands on use of generative AI, LLMs, and dedicated talent technology platforms.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build AI enabled workforce solutions across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, career development and retention
- 2Lead strategic workforce planning using workforce intelligence, labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics
- 3Design and implement skills based workforce architectures and talent marketplaces
- 4Apply human centered design to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce solutions
- 5Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis and executive level recommendations
- 6Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies to sustain AI enabled transformation
- 7Drive change initiatives to adopt and sustain workforce innovations
- 8Support business development through proposals, thought leadership, and client relationships
- 9Lead internal initiatives on market research, AI innovation, and capability building
- 10Be ready for travel to client sites as needed
Requirements9
- 1Minimum of 3 years of experience across Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development
- 2Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Banking industry
- 3Minimum of 6 months of experience helping organizations prepare for AI enabled workforce transformation
- 4Experience leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot for workforce analysis or talent strategy
- 5Experience with workforce intelligence, labor market analytics, talent intelligence, or skills technology platforms like Reejig, TechWolf, Draup, TalentNeuron, Lightcast, Eightfold, Gloat, SkyHive
- 6Experience analyzing workforce and skills data to develop actionable recommendations for workforce planning and organizational design
- 7Understanding of how AI is reshaping work, with ability to translate trends into practical workforce solutions
- 8Experience designing and implementing Skills Based Organization SBO strategies and operating models
- 9Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM
