What You'll Do7
- 1Define hardware system architecture for multi-gigabit Ethernet switches and PoE PSEs across rack-mount and desktop form factors
- 2Drive platform decisions integrating networking ASICs Ethernet PHYs and thermal management strategies
- 3Develop technical documentation including architecture and performance requirement specifications
- 4Lead design reviews and board bring-ups focusing on signal integrity optimization
- 5Define test strategies achieving system validation and regulatory compliance
- 6Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across wired networking programs
- 7Support manufacturing teams during NPI and mass production transitions

- 1Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 28+ years hardware technical lead experience for wired networking products
- 3Direct experience with networking ASIC integration from Broadcom or Marvell
- 4Expertise in high-speed serial interface design and SerDes tuning
- 5Understanding of PoE system design and power delivery architectures
