What You'll Do11
- 1Build embedded Linux/firmware platforms for Wi‑Fi and Ethernet solutions
- 2Own SoC/SDK integrations drivers and platform enhancements
- 3Partner cross-functionally with hardware silicon vendors and product teams to deliver integrated solutions
- 4Guide code reviews architecture decisions and engineering best practices
- 5Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced Agile environment
- 6Build mentor and scale a high-performing engineering team
- 7Drive design and development of embedded software for networking products
- 8Execute and ship embedded software architecture development validation release
- 9Drive technical expertise in embedded systems firmware development Linux RTOS kernel drivers BSP networking protocols Wi‑Fi 802.11 TCP/IP Ethernet
- 10Hands-on experience with SoC platforms and hardware-software integration
- 11Lead embedded software teams and demonstrate success delivering complex networking products from design to market
Requirements8
- 1BS/MS in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Networking or related field
- 28+ years in embedded software development plus 3–5+ years of people management experience
- 3Experience with carrier-grade Wi‑Fi enterprise networking products
- 4Familiarity with Agile CI-CD automation and DevOps practices
- 5Exposure to AI/ML in networking or performance optimization
- 6Requirement: 5+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 7Requirement: 5+ years building embedded Linux/firmware platforms with SoC platforms and hardware-software integration
- 8Requirement: 5+ years driving end-to-end delivery of embedded software for networking products
