Synergy Specialist, Wellness Center & Cryotherapy

Join bio/synergy as a Synergy Specialist and own the guest experience at our medical-forward wellness center in Washington, DC. You will greet members, guide them to services like Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, and IV Infusions, and manage daily operations. You will work alongside medical professionals and wellness experts in an onsite, part-time contract role. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- 2Educate guests on services including Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, IV Infusions, and Body Sculpting.
- 3Conduct consultations to match guests with appropriate services and packages.
- 4Manage check-in/check-out, scheduling, and payments using center software platforms.
- 5Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the center.
- 6Support marketing and outreach by promoting new services and seasonal specials.
- 7Prep rooms, assist providers, and set up equipment for wellness services.
- 8Participate in ongoing training on products, protocols, and services.
Requirements8
- 1Hold a valid BLS/CPR Certification or obtain before starting center duties.
- 2Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 3Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 4Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- 5Passion for health and wellness with a desire to learn.
- 6Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- 7Preferred: prior experience in health, wellness, fitness, or customer service.
- 8Preferred: prior membership sales experience (e.g., fitness center).
