What You'll Do11
- 1Administer IV therapy services while educating patients on benefits and safety
- 2Take vital signs auscultate lung sounds and insert IV catheters using aseptic technique
- 3Troubleshoot IV administration issues and apply corrective actions
- 4Follow company policies taught through comprehensive onboarding training
- 5Maintain exceptional time management skills good judgment and multitasking abilities
- 6Develop strong interpersonal communication with peers managers and clients
- 7Utilize strong computer knowledge including point of sale systems intranet Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms
- 8Pass bio/synergy Service Exams after initial training completion
- 9Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain meticulous medical documentation
- 10Manage or mentor nursing staff in clinical settings
- 11Leverage travel RN experience or labor delivery background as advantage
Requirements7
- 1Valid RN license in good standing with Maryland state requirements
- 2Current BLS CPR certification
- 3Minimum five years direct patient care experience such as hospital medicine ICU emergency medicine
- 4Minimum five years administering injections outpatient IV infusions
- 5Experience managing or mentoring nursing staff clinically
- 6Preference for travel RN or labor delivery background
- 7Familiarity with functional medicine integrative wellness models
