What You'll Do14
- 1Screen telephone calls and access for high-level position(s) determining meeting needs and resolving situations
- 2Schedule and prepare diverse appointments meetings and travel arrangements
- 3Oversee planning and preparation for committees distributing minutes preparing agendas and materials
- 4Plan coordinate and recommend preparations for high-profile programs and events
- 5Compose edit complex correspondence reports and documents for manager approval
- 6Compile analyze summarize data from multiple sources to create detailed documents reports and presentations
- 7Maintain databases perform analysis and produce complex documents
- 8Make decisions guided by precedents policies and objectives addressing varied problems
- 9Set goals determine accomplishment methods within guidelines
- 10Communicate clearly in written English with internal and external customers
- 11Conversational English with medical center staff patients families and external customers
- 12Demonstrate full working knowledge of standard concepts practices procedures and policies

Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or GED required
- 2Associates degree preferred
- 33-5 years related work experience
- 4Advanced skills with Microsoft applications including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint or Access

- 6Team work ability to lead small projects foster collaboration
