What You'll Do11

  • 3Review pre-operative instructions with patients including medications allergies and lab results
  • 4Collect insurance information to verify coverage and benefits
  • 5Ensure all paperwork is filed and available for upcoming surgeries including consent forms
  • 6Answer phone inquiries about surgical services
  • 7Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate with physicians
  • 8Monitor surgical schedules and collaborate with medical staff to adjust appointments
  • 9Maintain regular attendance and follow company policies
