Overview
Full time 36 hours/week day/night rotation at Thomas Jefferson University and Hospitals in Philadelphia PA. Commitment to patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process while addressing physical psychological emotional and social needs of diverse patients. Develops nursing plans of care with patients and care partners ensuring cultural beliefs and values are respected.
What You'll Do11
- 1Interact with co-workers patients and their family/designated care partners and other staff consistent with Jefferson values.

- 3Partner with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide education in understandable affirming ways.

Requirements15
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in critical care settings
- 3Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- 4Patient-and Family-Centered Practice Knowledge
- 5Cultural Awareness Knowledge of diverse backgrounds and ability to connect effectively
- 6Effective Communication Understanding of concepts tools and techniques for transmitting information
- 7Knowledge of how to convey respect and collaborate with patients families and designated care partners
- 8Appropriate and respectful delegation to team members
- 9Patient Assessment and Care Knowledge Ability to assess ailments and implement treatment plans
- 10Patient and Designated Care Partner Education Knowledge Educate patients and partners on conditions treatments and recovery
- 11Medication Administration and Prescription Knowledge Apply medication knowledge to administration and prescriptions
- 12Discharge Planning Knowledge Partner with patients and families to develop discharge plans and arrange follow-up care
- 13Assessment and Diagnosis Knowledge Use tools for assessment and generate resolutions according to available resources
- 14Health Information Documentation Knowledge Record medical histories symptoms vital signs medications diagnoses and treatment plans
- 15CCRN or proof of ECCO Required or willing to sign adult Critical Care Course agreement (two year work commitment)
