What You'll Do11
- 1Administer and oversee daily warehouse operations including processing packaging and storage of supplies
- 2Ensure overtime remains within budget constraints
- 3Oversee receipt storage and shipment of materials with proper documentation
- 4Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation
- 5Account for all materials and supplies across store facilities
- 6Coach and mentor staff focusing on productivity quality safety and Medline core values
- 7Complete all required paperwork promptly and accurately
- 8Assist manager in creating a safe workplace environment
- 9Lead daily employee activities and provide technical guidance on complex issues
- 10Participate in hiring decisions and performance evaluations
- 11Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related matters
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Associate’s degree preferred
- 33+ years supervisory experience
- 43+ years warehouse experience
- 5Basic skill level
- 6Experience with inventory management systems
- 7Proficiency in Excel
- 8Knowledge of OSHA standards
- 9Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 10Valid driver's license
