Supply Chain Assistant (Mandarin-Speaking)
Overview
Own supply chain data and records in NetSuite. Build reports for shipment tracking inventory and supplier performance. Issue purchase orders track deliveries and verify invoices. Resolve delivery issues and coordinate with inventory shipping sales and accounting teams. Maintain procurement documents contracts shipping records and customs paperwork. Support additional tasks as needed. Drive improvements in supply chain processes.
What You'll Do9
- 1Maintain supply chain data and records in NetSuite
- 2Prepare and organize reports for shipment tracking inventory status and supplier performance
- 3Issue purchase orders track delivery schedules and verify receipts and invoices
- 4Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delivery issues
- 5Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies
- 6Coordinate with internal teams such as inventory shipping and accounting to support supply planning
- 7Help address supply chain disruptions and escalate issues when necessary
- 8Organize and maintain procurement documents contracts shipping records and customs documentation
- 9Provide support on additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- 3Familiarity with ERP systems NetSuite preferred
- 4Strong cross-functional collaboration skills especially with inventory accounting and shipping teams
- 5Problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy
Salary Insight
$37 - $46k per year
