Overview
The Supply Chain Administrator at Exxelia US will own procurement execution and supplier coordination while driving efficiency across manufacturing operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can deliver measurable results through strategic sourcing and data-driven decision making. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance supply chain performance and maintain rigorous data integrity within complex systems.
What You'll Do8
- 1Research and evaluate new suppliers to expand the supply base and ensure competitive pricing
- 2Draft issue and manage RFPs RFQs and RFIs presenting data driven recommendations to management
- 3Assess supplier capabilities quality standards financial stability and production capacities
- 4Onboard new vendors by coordinating contract reviews and establishing SLAs
- 5Maintain critical technical data within Sage X3 including BOM routings and standard times
- 6Ensure supplier data accuracy and adherence to established standards
- 7Coordinate logistics for subcontracted goods including freight tracking customs documentation and tariff compliance
- 8Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 25+ years experience in procurement sourcing within manufacturing environments
- 3Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems especially Sage X3
- 4Strong analytical skills and experience with strategic sourcing methodologies
- 5Excellent communication abilities for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- 6Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects independently
