Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 24 - 7 years post‑advanced degree experience leading projects in management consulting or corporate strategy
- 3U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency required
- 4Advanced university degree (MBA) or equivalent professional experience
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills including negotiation and presentation
- 6Expertise in statistical analysis and financial modeling
- 7Group facilitation and influence skills for stakeholder engagement
- 8Project management abilities with independent work stream oversight
- 9Relationship management capabilities for partnering and consulting
- 10Leadership skills covering coaching, team building, and conflict resolution
