What You'll Do11
- 1Manage and grow book of business in designated geographic area
- 2Oversee daily EYES program delivery in schools and community settings
- 3Direct supervisors and PRN staff for scheduling and performance management
- 4Ensure high-quality service delivery through proper documentation and reporting
- 5Maintain accurate records and submit monthly status reports via Vertex
- 6Develop and improve pre-vocational skills curriculum for students
- 7Educate community about EYES program services
- 8Act as cultural ambassador fostering trust and accountability
- 9Collaborate with GVRA and educational partners to expand program reach
- 10Drive recruitment and retention of qualified instructional staff
- 11Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within program operations
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading supervisory roles
- 31-2 years in supervisory position preferred
- 43 years teaching experience preferred
- 5Preferred experience with individuals with disabilities
- 6Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- 7Working knowledge of Windows applications and office equipment
- 8Drug screen and background clearance
- 9Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- 10Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 11Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate cultural competence
