Overview
Recreation Program Coordinator oversees recreation programs and community outreach in Rockdale County. You will plan deliver services meet community needs while supporting departmental goals. This position requires coordinating staff managing budgets and fostering partnerships.

Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience Parks and Recreation
- 3Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 41 year leadership supervisory or program coordination experience
- 5Valid Georgia Driver's License
- 6Proficiency with recreation management software Microsoft Office
- 7Ability to analyze participant needs recommend improvements
- 8Strong communication skills independent work multitask
- 9Experience with community partnerships volunteer management
- 10Knowledge of budget administration risk management regulations
- 11Public speaking community engagement problem solving
