What You'll Do10
- 1Build a high quality customer experience through attentive service and accurate cashiering with cash, checks and cards
- 2Design and implement merchandising updates, pricing accuracy, and inventory management to keep shelves stocked and appealing
- 3Lead store operations, safety, and loss prevention programs to protect assets and ensure compliance
- 4Partner with the Store Manager to establish KPIs for sales, visual standards, operations, and training
- 5Coach and develop associates to foster talent, deliver performance feedback, and grow bench strength
- 6Maintain store cleanliness and organization including sales floor, shop, and restrooms
- 7Own scheduling, payroll and training tasks to support staffing and development
- 8Scale engagement by maintaining positive attitude and professional appearance in a fast paced environment
- 9Drive teamwork and effective communication across departments to meet store goals
- 10Support other duties as assigned by the manager
