Supervisor Production Floor ensures operational measures are obtained and supports management of pharmacy staff internally and externally. Direct supervisory responsibilities oversee departmental personnel and quality improvement.

Requirements10
- 1Strong time management skills
- 2Proficient in pharmacy software
- 3Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field
- 42+ years experience in clinical manufacturing
- 5Familiarity with Six Sigma principles
- 6Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
- 7Associates assigned to multiple facilities require relevant licenses
- 8Physical ability to stand and walk extensively
- 9Experience with inventory management systems
- 10Knowledge of OSHA compliance standards
