What You'll Do11
- 1Lead physician affiliate office ensuring quality care and optimal reimbursement
- 2Review financial reports and billing practices to maximize reimbursements
- 3Assist in creating annual budgets and monitor expense reports
- 4Process invoices according to hospital policies
- 5Track turnaround times and prepare test result data
- 6Train staff develop competencies and manage department schedules
- 7Coordinate monthly staff meetings and maintain attendance records
- 8Enforce hospital policies and complete time tracking
- 9Maintain medical records compliant with HIPAA regulations
- 10Ensure safety and infection control standards are met
- 11Handle administrative duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 12+ years supervisory experience in medical settings
- 2Knowledge of TJC requirements and relevant regulations
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration healthcare or related field
- 5Experience managing multiple practices preferred
- 6CMA CMAC RMA NCMA CCMA NRCMA certification preferred
- 7Basic Life Support CPR certification required
- 8Physical ability to perform light labor tasks
- 9Reliable transportation available
- 10Valid driver's license
